No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site. No data is collected for advertising, profiling, or resale, and there are no third-party marketing cookies.
Enquiries arrive as email. Client documents and working files are held in access-controlled storage. Access is limited to me. There is no team, no outsourced processing, and no offshore support desk.
A small number of ordinary service providers necessarily process data in the course of hosting the site and delivering email. They are used for that purpose only and have no independent right to your information.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as is required by applicable law and regulation, then deleted.
You can ask at any time to see what data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where there is no legal obligation to retain it. Requests are answered within a reasonable period and there is no charge.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information you provide. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach affecting your data ever occurs, you will be told promptly and directly.
Any change is reflected in the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting clients are communicated directly rather than left to be discovered here.
